Throwback Tuesday Time Lapse!

Here is a time lapse video for one of my most popular pressure cooker recipes – Pressure Cooker Ground Beef and Bean Chili.

And, by “most popular”, I mean “recipe that is most popular with my chili-loving son”. It is actually my 13th most viewed pressure cooker recipe, according to my blog statistics.

Here is the new video:

What are your other most viewed recipes, out of curiosity?

    • Great question! Updated the post to answer that.

    • Mike: Why are you even doing these time lapse videos. If you check out the Facebook Instant Pot Community which now has over 115,000 members just since July 12th when Amazon had the Instant Pot 7-in-1 pressure cooker on sale, there are a lot of people who’d appreciate more detailed videos. I love your recipes and my favorite is your beef ribs which I make all the time in the winter months, and of course I subscribe to your newsletter, so when I got this e-mail with your new time lapse video the first though that comes to mind is wth?

      • Because they are quick, easy to make, and show you the recipe in about a minute. If you need details, that’s what the text recipe is for.

      • And, I know all about the Facebook Instant Pot Community. I used to visit it until I was asked, politely but firmly, to stop posting recipes to their page. If you want to share my recipes, there, great! But, since they asked me to stop posting, I’ve kept away.

      • Sue, one other question: What details are missing from the time-lapse video that you expect in a full length video?
